Passion for batter
We understand better than anyone: a crispy coating is not just a coating. As true batter fanatics, we pay close attention to color, texture and bite. The frying process itself with pan, temperature, oil and technique also determines the final result.
Batter is a world of its own. Thin, thick or in between: every addition changes the structure and the crunch. We study this in detail in our professional cooking studio, the place to test, develop and improve together. We are happy to visit large kitchens, but we also welcome you to ours for new insights with state of the art equipment.
